I'm Tim, a builder who runs everything on Alfred, the server in my homelab, working where commerce, automation, and AI agents meet.
Alfred is a Proxmox box with an undervolted i9-12900K, 96 GB of RAM and an RTX 3090, running about forty containers and VMs. Around it: an all-flash TrueNAS, a bare-metal pfSense firewall, a PiKVM and a Raspberry Pi 5.
- Making the boring parts run themselves
- Self-hosting everything I can
- Building with AI agents, on hardware I own
